The EyeEm Awards are back! After a year of challenges for the creative industries, The EyeEm Awards 2021 are here to support emerging talents to keep creating. Together with MPB, our headline sponsor, and our partners we will be rewarding our winners with cash prizes and featuring them at The EyeEm Awards Ceremony and Exhibition during the Berlin Photoweek 2021.

Celebrating The Love Of Photography
EyeEm has always been known for its love of photography. We are getting ready to release a series of events and initiatives that will bring this year’s winners and finalists the recognition they deserve and the exposure they need to take the next step in their creative career.
In collaboration with our partners at BaseCamp Berlin, EyeEm will host the EyeEm Awards Exhibition for two weeks in East Berlin’s Rathenau-Halls–once one of the largest industrial areas in Europe, the Rathenau-Halls are now a center for culture, tech, and emerging start-ups.
Not only that, but all finalists and winners will be featured in a 12-month EyeEm Awards Virtual Exhibition. Which will be available to our community from anywhere in the world for 12-months. Furthermore, all winners will be published in the limited edition print issue of The EyeEm Magazine and The EyeEm Photographer of The Year receiving exclusive coverage in The British Journal of Photography.
Together with the opening of our EyeEm Awards Exhibition, we will announce all of our winners at The EyeEm Awards Ceremony at the Berlin Photo Week in August 2021.

The EyeEm Photographer of The Year Award is a brilliant way for you to get your work discovered with increased exposure and opportunities throughout the year. Previous winners include Kate Phellini, Aiyush Pachnanda, David Uzochukwu, and Porter Yates.
Since winning, the outstanding photographers received international acclaim, signed contracts with photo agencies and were published worldwide by publications such as British Journal of Photography and Highsnobiety.

EyeEm was built upon mobile photography. Starting out as an underground art movement in Berlin with the first ever mobile photography exhibition, we’ve joined forces with Norwegian camera startup Fjorden to create a Fjorden x EyeEm Special Edition of Fjorden’s Professional Smartphone Camera Grip.
