We Partnered With BJP To Find A New Perspective on Architecture Photography

Rethink the way you shoot architecture as we take a closer look at our recent winners and finalists for our 'Urban Architecture' Mission in partnership with British Journal of Photography.

When we recently asked a selection of EyeEm photographers for their best tips for taking photos of architecture to the next level it was clear that finding alternative angles, new creative perspectives, and playing with elements such as composition and lighting are the best way for catching your audience’s eye.

So, for our recent Mission, Urban Architecture, we partnered with the experts at British Journal of Photography to challenge you to capture truly inspiring architecture photoraphy and rethink the traditional.

Whether it be a hidden staircase, an obscure shadow, or a the interaction of a human subject - the small details brought focus to how diverse the genre of architecture photographyncan be. Today we take a closer look at some of our editors’ favorites.
