The first pics and a video from the OCCCA exhibition opening arrived! The exhibition opened on April 7 at the Orange County Center for Contemporary Art and was a big success. We’re especially proud that the winning image of Ginza made it there and, amongst the other images, was seen by hundreds of people who visited the exhibition.

Recap of the MPA Gallery Openings

Here’s a little recap from Dan from the MPA:

TheMobile Photo Awardsbrought their inaugural exhibit to two exceptional galleries in California last week. The MPA opened at San Francisco’sArtHauson April 5th with a 60 image exhibit which runs until June 30th. The exhibit also premiered at theOrange County Center for Contemporary Artin Santa Ana on April 7th for a 3 week run through April 28th.

Both openings were a smashing success – hundreds and hundreds of people constantly taken aback at the quality and depth of the work on display. With images ranging in size from 12×12 to 18×24 the work was presented to the public framed and enlarged the way photographs truly should be seen.

Tactile, physical, big! What a world of difference to see these images on paper instead of electronically. Big thanks to our partnersFotoMotoandCanvasPOPfor the bang-up job on the prints and canvasses.
