New Mission: TK Maxx Socksie

With your sock selfie, you can help kids in need!

Mission: December 9th is Christmas Sock Day, and TK Maxx is raising money for child poverty in Germany. For every pack of Christmas socks purchased, TK Maxx will donate €2.50 to the organization, Children for a Better World e.V. (CHILDREN). Their lunch program provides a healthy meal for disadvantaged children and youth. This ongoing partnership between TK Maxx and CHILDREN was established five years ago. And you can help! Take a socksie – a photo of you in your best socks – and tag it with “TK Maxx Socksie”.

Prize: Getting gifts is nice, but giving gifts is even better! Christmas Sock Day is a charity project, of which all proceeds will go directly to CHILDREN. With the #socksie campaign, TK Maxx has created a fun way to do good, as each submission will mean €1 for the CHILDREN organization. In addition, the 10 best photos will be featured on TK Maxx’s Facebook page.

How to Take Part: Photos tagged with TK Maxx Socksie will automatically be entered to the Mission. Add the tag as you upload a photo or add it to one you’ve already uploaded – just select Edit Photo then add the tag “TK Maxx Socksie”.
