New Photo Mission: I Love My City

By EyeEm Team - 3 min read

Capture what makes your city unique for your chance to be exhibited with Go—PopUp

We’ve all watched those movies, where critics enthuse, “the city itself was another character in the story”, or “it was a love letter to the city!” As cheesy as it sounds, cities are way, way more than just places where lots of people live. They have their own vibe, their own style and their own personality.

We’ve teamed up with our friends at Go—PopUp to bring you the chance to share the unique flavor of your city, in I Love My City.

By Steven A.J. Beijer

Your Mission: Capture the vibe of your city. Does your city or neighbourhood give you a special feeling? How do the people around you make your district special? If it’s something words cannot describe, try with a photograph! Make sure to include which city you have photographed for your entry to be considered.

Your Reward: The top 20 photos will be exhibited exclusively at a November at Pop-Up Gallery Event hosted by Go—PopUp, at one of their Pop-Up Spaces in Berlin. The photos will be judged by an EyeEm and Go—PopUp jury and will also be featured online in an EyeEm Image Collection.

Deadline: October 19, 2015

How To Take Part: Simply take a photo and tag it with I Love My City. Your photo will then be automatically added to the album. If you want to add a photo that you’ve already uploaded, just go to your profile, view the photo and select “Edit Photo.” From there, you can add the tag, “I Love My City”.
