New Mission: Show Us Your Thirty

What does 30 mean to you? Show us your thirty and have your photo exhibited at MOPA, the Museum of Photographic Arts in San Diego.

What does 30 mean to you? To celebrate the 30th birthday of MOPA, the Museum of Photographic Arts in San Diego, we’re looking for your perspective on the number 30. Out of all contributions 15 photos will be exhibited at the museum from May 23 to May 27.

Your mission: show us your thirty! 30 years after theMuseum of Photographic Arts opened its gates in Balboa Park, San Diego, it now wants to see your interpretation of the number “30”….

How to take part:just take a photo and tag it with Show us your thirtyat the upload screen – your photo is then automatically added to the album. If you’ve already uploaded your photo you can add it to more albums via the “Edit Photo” menu in your profile.

Deadline: May 15, 2013

Reward:MOPA curator Chantel Paul will choose 15 submissions to be printed and exhibited at MOPA. Previously Chantel has curated exhibitions such asUnusual Suspects: The Paintings and Photograph of Holly Roberts(2012),Eyes of a Nation: A Century of American Photography(2012) andStreetwise: Masters of 60s Photography(2011).

Exhibition: May 23 – May 27 at MOPA, Balboa Park, San Diego California

By participating in this mission you agree that your contributed photo may get reproduced and displayed at MOPA. You do remain the sole copyright holder of your images of course.
