New Feature: We've Just Released Shared Lightboxes

Available exclusively for our Enterprise users, you can now collaborate on your Lightboxes with multiple team members. Our first release of Shared Lightboxes is making it even easier to create a collection of images you want to license or create visual inspiration boards. Keep reading to find out how it works.

Introducing Shared Lightboxes

Our Shared Lightbox feature is available to our Enterprise users and allows you to share a Lightbox with multiple team members. It’s ideal for team collaboration when developing visual inspiration and selecting a final collection of images you want to license for use.

Try it out for yourself by heading to your ‘Lightbox Overview’ and get sharing!

How to Share a Lighbox With Your Team Members

1. Once you’ve created a Lightbox and would like to share it with other members of your team you can simply click on the ‘Share’ button at the top right of your Lightbox page.

2. After clicking the ‘Share’ button you will be given the option to fill out the user’s email address (make sure to use the email associated with the team members Enterprise account.)

3. Once you have filled out the users email click ‘Share’ again and the Lightbox will automatically be shared with them. That’s it! You can now enjoy quick and easy creative collaboration with your team.

Using Your Shared Lightbox For Creative Collaboration

With our Shared Lightbox feature multiple team members can add or remove images from a selected Lightbox as well as share that Lightbox with more team members. It’s a great way to collaborate and create the perfect Lightbox by using real-time feedback and creative input.

If you would like to share your Lightbox with a team member but not give them editing rights, you can simply use the Lightbox url or click the ‘copy link’ button. This way they can access your Lightbox but won’t be able to add or remove images.
