The British Journal of Photography’s award is open to all students and recent graduates. But hurry – the deadline is coming up soon.
With its Breakthrough Awards, our friends from the British Journal of Photography (BJP) are offering students and recent graduates a chance to kickstart their photography career.
If you’re a photographer working in any format, style or genre, you can enter their undergraduate or graduate categories to have your work seen by the BJP’s prestigious judging panel. Just make sure to be quick: The deadline to submit your work is Monday, May 15th 2017.
Not a student of photography? Don’t fret, the competition is open to students of all kinds: Photographers studying undergraduate and graduate courses, or within five years of graduating, are invited to submit work. Students and graduates of non-photographic courses may also enter.
Four winning photographers will have their work presented in a group exhibition in East London and be published on the BJP’s print, online, and digital platforms. They will also receive expert advice on launching a successful career in photography.
Head over to the page of the Breakthrough Awards to learn more about the prizes, the jury, and how to enter.
