I think this is a good workout for us beginners. Do your 15 min warm up then run 200 meters. Do five 3 min rounds. Your combinations can be just basic punches. After each round, do 3 sets of your favorite work outs (sit up, squats, etc). After the 3rd round, run another 200 meters and finish strong on your last 2 rounds.
