Week2 of 30dayabandsquatchallenge is coming to an end! I feel so toned and light. + this week i cut out greasy and oily foods + im still working on a consistent workout routine, and it seems to go like this: smoke, pre workout munchies/meal (make the munchies work to your advantage - fruits, eggs, nuts, granola), go hammy on the workout, smoke, post workout munchies/meal (more fruits, some kind of protein, water water water, and some kind of veggie ... I like potatoes, broccoli, & salad).
