CHIJMES (pronounced as "Chimes") Historical Building started life as a Catholic Convent called Convent Of The Holy Infant Jesus and was a caholic convent for 132 Years. It is now a Multi-purpose Hall. The entire conplex has been restored for Commercial Use (shopping, dining, entertainment centre) and a function hall is used to stage musicals, recitals, theatrical performances and weddings.
