Day3 of our Januarychallenge Part 1 ( click on day 1 or day 2 Bodyweightraining on my Facebook wall ) Part 3 ( click on Pranayama Challenge on day 2 on my Facebook wall ) Part 4 ( continue to eliminate Alcohol from the Diet ) Part 5 ( eat at least 50 % Raw food each day ) Part 6 ( drink 3 litres of Water a day which can also be herbal teas and Infusions ) So Part 2 ( Yogaasana ) Why no video yet ? Because I strained my back a little jumping into the ocean on New Years day and it's still healing ) So Take each one of the nine Yoga Yogaposes  . Apply Navellock Uddiyanabandha . Apply Drishti ( gaze point ) Nosetip or Eyebrowcentre . Apply Rhythmicbreathing ( use Ujjayi pranayama if you know it ) For each breath count in 3 and out 3 or in 4 and out 4. Hold each pose steadily with Relaxation for 10 breaths . Do each pose two times at least . Finish with Balasana ( child pose ) Aums Ishwara
