I remember taking this shot, it was very visceral, bloody. I left the camera in shot (shadow) but was amazed at the scene "nature, red, in tooth and claw"

Kaaren, I had spinning in my mind the view that nature was red in tooth and claw. I was treated to a clear day in winter at a local National Trust property (Calke Abbey) and took an infra red filter. A very visceral mind set that day. However, I ended up with something very different and I rather pompous called it "metaphor". I was taken with the age of the tree, the transient nature of life and our impact on it, signified by, (a terrible tool, sorry, the title did have it all) the camera. I have quite a few in the series, but this one gave me a wake up call. If you don't mind, a question for you, the picture in my mind of you does not have the tag line "hesitation" attached..........

we will get you through that hurdle Neil never fear - the keyboard will be your god..but as for the other rarlier remsrk I think it was a clesr one based on interrupting a dialogue - does that help though because as a resut other concepts are being explored...

possession is 9 tenths of the law Neil...hahaha in this csse though this probabky does not apply...Mea culpa that was a little rude me snd i genuinely apologise re trip to alton towers. there are very many levels of enjoyment but thst of childhood cannot be replicsted. I trust the rain did not dampen spirits..xx
