This is the cute helper of Gelje's team. His name is Dorje. He has this wide-eyed-wonder look and wide-eyed-wonder smile whenever we talk to him and offer him snacks. We simply adore him. His wife has a eatery at Nepal which serves delicious Mo mo (Nepali dumplings), fried noodles and rice and lots more! Although Dorje's wife makes delicious meals, Dorje's regular customer would still always miss Dorje's cooking whenever he is out of town. Hence we are lucky to have a chief to prepare our meals for us! Thank you Dorje for taking care of us! Hope to see you and your wife soon!
