K, the aforementioned gelato construction, called the "samurai" , is quite the bomb. Somethings are more interesting than killer but I've got a soft spot for wild-eyed innovators...

i struggle with the components of the samurai with regard to taste, but am sure your judging abilities are excellent...

I agree the components sound like a weird combo but in the mouth it is quite the pleasure and the best kind of surprise...

agreed without that concept establishments such as the much feted and incredible El Bulli would never have as they say 'suspended reality' Good to hear that their work is carrying on albeit in a smaller way.
