Terms of use

1) Photos on EyeEm belong to the users who upload them. Please respect that right, and do not crawl or store images without user consent

2) We do not restrict you to a certain number of requests at the moment. Please do not abuse the API

3) You may not sell, rent, or syndicate access to the API or EyeEm Content to any third party without prior written approval from EyeEm

4) You MAY have fun and build great apps!
